Filing cabinet

Three files, one filing cabinet

Bon, Kwartaal and Factuurklaar sit together in the cabinet. Each does its own job, and what one prepares, the next takes over. Beyond that, the other apps meet at a few chosen points.

How the filing cabinet works

  1. Drawer 1

    Bon

    keeps

Every receipt with the amount, the VAT and what it was for, grouped by quarter.

Passes your expenses on to Kwartaal, as CSV.

    Online
  2. Drawer 2

    Kwartaal

    calculates

Your hours, invoices, income and expenses, with warnings about thresholds and what to set aside.

Passes your invoices on to Factuurklaar, as UBL.

    In progress
  3. Drawer 3

    Factuurklaar

    invoices

The invoice as an e-invoice in Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 and as a PDF, with a check in plain language.

The file goes to your customer through your accounting software or an access point.

    Online

To be honest: today each app still works on its own, and Kwartaal is still being built. Passing data on comes once both sides exist, with open files on your own device and no server in between.

Connections

A short, chosen list. Every connection has to make sense to a baker.

Once the apps are online, they will link these points directly to each other. Whatever one app makes, you can always export and keep yourself.
