What it does
Huurindex works out the maximum indexed rent for Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia, each with its own rules, using Statbel's health index and the energy-label corrections. Landlords get a letter to print, tenants a check of the amount asked. Nothing is stored.
Who it is for
For the small landlord and the tenant who wants to know whether it adds up.
What is there
- The rules of the three regions, with sources
- A calculation strip that shows every step
- An indexation letter and a check for the tenant
